I reached out to Chef U about catering a dinner for 80 people for the NJ State Elks convention. When another local resturant I spoke with stopped responding to me a week before our event, I reached out to ask about catering a second night for dinner. The quick response and great communication from them made it a pleasure dealing with them. Now to the food, when you have 80 hungry picky people tell you multiple times the food was delicious, you know you made the right decision. From roast beef and roast pork with roasted vegetables, to chicken parm and marsala, the flavor and portions was on point. We've already talked about them doing all 7 of our meals for next year.
